TALEO CONNECT CLIENT

Integration over the last few years has moved from a nice to have to an absolute requirement. Taleo customers often find TCC is the integral component for transferring data from one system to another.

AchieveTalent has extensive experience in all aspects of TCC from foundational data and new hire feeds to reporting system feeds. AchieveTalent TCC resources have successfully designed and implemented a SAP requisition feed for position control, a model seen in the Taleo community as ‘the’ way to integrate with SAP, and manage its position control component.

TRAINING

It is hard to find a topic that receives less attention yet can have as much impact as a solid training program can for talent acquisition. When compared to the amount of time spent designing, configuring and testing your system, or even when compared with the time and effort spent analyzing and optimizing your process, training the people often pales in comparison.

It is very common to find a strong push during the actual implementation of the technology, followed by a sharp decline in focus. Studies are often quoted saying less than 20 percent of initial training material is retained by the end of a multi day training class. Even if the number is 30 percent or 40 percent, what kind of risk is involved by setting the users of your newly implemented system free, with only 30 percent of the initial training material retained?
